Refunds & Cancellations

What is your refund policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with Hit Hero, we offer a refund within a specified period after your purchase. However, refunds are only possible for accounts that have not generated any game cards beyond the free sample. For complete details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact our support team.

Printing & Assembly Tips

What printing recommendations do you have for the game cards?

For the best results, print your game cards on high-quality, thick paper or card stock—matte or glossy photo paper works wonderfully. We recommend using a sharp pair of scissors or a precision paper cutter for clean cuts, and a bone folder or scoring tool to achieve crisp, neat folds.

Spotify Integration

Why can’t I use Spotify-created playlists directly with Hit Hero?

Due to limitations in the Spotify API, playlists created directly by Spotify cannot be converted into our game format. To work around this, simply copy the Spotify-created playlist to your own account by right-clicking on it, selecting 'Add to other playlist' and then choosing 'New playlist'. The copied playlist can then be used seamlessly with Hit Hero.
